A.K. Mozumdar in 1923
In 1923 A.K. Mozumdar surprised Hollywood with the announcement that he was producing a metaphysical motion picture to be titled "Beyond the Veil." This mystical portrait was used as part of the film's promotion.
 
A.K. Mozumdar in 1940
Did Mozumdar discover the fabled "fountain of youth?" Many people thought so because throughout his life he showed few signs of growing older. This candid unretouched news photo taken in 1940 (when Mozumdar was 76 years old) is evidence that he had mastery over his health and the aging process.

This is the earliest known portrait of A.K. Mozumdar, taken probably in 1908 and printed March 1909 in Vol. 1 No. 1 of a short-lived periodical "The Oriental Occult Series - The Hindu Yoga Book of Occultism."
